1. Information We Collect

Telegram data: When you interact with Raze via Telegram, we receive your Telegram user ID, username, and first name. We do not access your Telegram contacts or messages outside of our bot conversation.

Wallet data: When you connect a wallet or we create one for you, we store the public wallet address. We never store private keys in our database — managed wallets are secured by Privy's infrastructure.

Conversation data: Your conversations with Raze are stored to maintain session context, memories, and provide better responses. This data is stored in our PostgreSQL database.

On-chain data: We read publicly available blockchain data (balances, transactions, token holdings) to provide our services. This data is public by nature.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve the Raze service
  • Execute transactions on your behalf
  • Send price alerts and notifications you've requested
  • Maintain conversation context and agent memories
  • Process subscription payments
  • Prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Use

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Privy: For wallet creation and management
  • Anthropic (Claude): Your messages are processed by Claude AI to generate responses. Anthropic's data policies apply.
  • Helius, Birdeye, Jupiter: Public blockchain queries to provide token data and execute swaps
  • Stripe: If you pay via credit card, Stripe processes the payment

4. Data Retention

Conversation data and agent memories are retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us. Session data may be automatically compacted after extended periods of inactivity.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted database connections, secure API authentication, and managed wallet infrastructure via Privy. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your stored data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of non-essential data collection
  • Export your wallet private key (where applicable)

7. Cookies and Tracking

The raze.fun website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
